Terms & Condition of using K-NET facility
Please note that it is a secured and encrypted communication and there is no risk of information leakage.
- You may return or exchange the products purchased from NALBES.com within 14 calendar days. However, conditions apply.
- Returned or exchanged products must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on NALBES.com
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, new, unused and if apparels with NALBES tag and brand garment tags still attached.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Returned products (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resellable condition and for specific products:
- Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
- Shoes: All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
- Bags: As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-colored bags, please handle these items carefully if you if you are still deciding to whether to keep them.
- Clothing: Please take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition.
- Lingerie & Swimwear: Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
- Faulty goods: Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
- Food & Beverage: can only be canceled if not delivered within mentioned delivery time, and your paid amount will be refunded back to your account.
- The customer refund procedure might take five to seven working days to process on the K-NET payment gateway, and then the customer has to follow on with his bank in case any delay in crediting his account back with the amount previously paid by him. We will be sending an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from K-NET payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with.
- Customer using the K-NET facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers.
- K-NET used in placing orders through the online payment gateway on Nalbes.com website or applications must belong to the user. Otherwise, the user must attain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction.
- The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the K-NET facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.
